Önemli: Hava tahminleri doğası gereği kesin değildir. Fyrbolt'u can veya mal güvenliğinin hava koşullarına bağlı olduğu durumlarda tek bilgi kaynağı olarak kullanmayın; resmî meteoroloji kurumlarının uyarılarını esas alın.
1. Kabul
Fyrbolt uygulamasını veya web sitesini kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
Fyrbolt, seçtiğiniz şehirler için güncel hava durumu ve tahmin bilgisi sunar. Hava verileri WeatherAPI.com, WeatherMetro ve MET Norway (Norveç Meteoroloji Enstitüsü) kaynaklarından, şehir arama sonuçları Geoapify'dan alınır. Hizmet ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir; ayrıca isteğe bağlı ücretli premium seçenekleri bulunur.
3. Hesap
Hizmeti misafir olarak kullanabilir ya da hesap oluşturabilirsiniz. Hesap oluşturursanız verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Hizmete otomatik araçlarla aşırı yük bindirmeyin.
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yoluyla kötüye kullanmayın.
- Başkalarının hesabına izinsiz erişmeye çalışmayın.
- Yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı biçimde kullanmayın.
5. Hava durumu verisinin niteliği
Hava tahminleri üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan gelir ve tahmin niteliğindedir. Verilerin doğruluğu, güncelliği veya kesintisizliği konusunda garanti veremeyiz. Tarım, havacılık, denizcilik, inşaat gibi kritik kararları yalnızca bu uygulamaya dayanarak almayınız.
6. Reklamlar
Uygulama Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterir. Reklam içeriğinden reklam verenler sorumludur.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları kapsamaz.
8. Hizmetin değiştirilmesi veya sonlandırılması
Hizmeti geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama veya bu sayfa üzerinden duyurmaya çalışırız.
9. Şartlardaki değişiklikler
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

Important: Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. Do not rely on Fyrbolt as your only source of information where safety of life or property depends on weather conditions; follow official meteorological warnings.
1. Acceptance
By using the Fyrbolt app or website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Fyrbolt provides current weather and forecast information for cities you select. Weather data comes from WeatherAPI.com, WeatherMetro and MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and city search results from Geoapify. The service is free and ad-supported, with optional paid premium plans.
3. Account
You may use the service as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not overload the service with automated tools.
- Do not abuse the app through reverse engineering.
- Do not attempt to access other people's accounts.
- Do not use the service in breach of applicable law.
5. Nature of weather data
Forecasts come from third-party providers and are predictions. We cannot guarantee their accuracy, timeliness or uninterrupted availability. Do not base critical decisions in agriculture, aviation, maritime or construction on this app alone.
6. Advertising
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This does not cover liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to or discontinuation of the service
We may improve, change or discontinue the service. We will try to announce material changes in the app or on this page.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page and the "last updated" date changes.
