Hesabınızı doğrudan uygulamadan silebilirsiniz. Kimseden onay beklemeniz gerekmez:

1. Gezinme çubuğunun en sağındaki elmas ikonuna dokunun; hesap sayfası açılır.
2. Kullanıcı adınızın yazdığı düğmeye dokunun; Hesap Detayları sayfası açılır.
3. Sayfanın en altındaki “Delete Account” düğmesine dokunun.

Hesabınız anında silinir, oturumunuz kapatılır ve giriş ekranına dönersiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa (örneğin uygulamayı zaten sildiyseniz ya da oturum açamıyorsanız), hesabınızın kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden contact@rubexus.com adresine konu satırı “Hesap Silme Talebi” olan bir e-posta gönderin.

Talebinizi doğrulamak için hesabınızın e-posta adresini kullanmanız yeterlidir; ek belge istemeyiz. Talebi aldığımızı en geç 3 iş günü içinde teyit eder, silme işlemini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.

You can delete your account directly in the app. No approval from us is needed:

1. Tap the diamond icon at the far right of the navigation bar; the account page opens.
2. Tap the button showing your username; the Account Details page opens.
3. Tap the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of that page.

Your account is deleted immediately, you are signed out and returned to the login screen. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot reach the app (for example you already uninstalled it, or you cannot sign in), send a message from the email address registered to your account to contact@rubexus.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

Using your account's email address is enough to verify the request; no additional documents are required. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
