Bu sayfa, Fyrbolt (paket adı: com.fyrbolt) hesabınızın ve ilgili verilerin nasıl silineceğini açıklar.

Nasıl talep edilir

E-posta ile: Hesabınızın kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden support@fyrbolt.com adresine konu satırı "Hesap Silme Talebi" olan bir e-posta gönderin.

Talebinizi doğrulamak için hesabınızın e-posta adresini kullanmanız yeterlidir; ek belge istemeyiz. Talebi aldığımızı en geç 3 iş günü içinde teyit eder, silme işlemini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.

Uygulamayı silmek yeterli mi?

Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırmanız, cihazda saklanan tüm verileri (favori şehirleriniz, ayarlarınız ve hava durumu önbelleği) siler. Ancak hesap oluşturduysanız hesap bilgileriniz sunucuda kalır; bunların silinmesi için yukarıdaki talebi göndermeniz gerekir.

Hiç hesap açmadıysanız (misafir kullanım) sunucuda size ait kişisel bir kayıt zaten bulunmaz.

Hesabınız ve ona bağlı ad, e-posta adresi ve şifre bilgisi.
Oturum bilgileriniz.
Cihazınızdaki favori şehirler ve tercihler (uygulamayı sildiğinizde).

Ne saklanıyor ve neden

Şehirlerin toplam favori sayısı: Hangi şehirler için hava verisi çekeceğimizi belirleyen anonim bir sayaçtır; kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez ve bu nedenle silinemez.
Hava durumu önbelleği: Şehirlere aittir, kişisel veri içermez.
Yasal yükümlülük gereği saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar varsa, yalnızca ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.

How to request deletion

By email: From the email address registered to your account, send a message to support@fyrbolt.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Using your account's email address is enough to verify the request; no additional documents are required. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

Is uninstalling the app enough?

Removing the app from your device deletes all data stored on the device (your favourite cities, settings and the weather cache). However, if you created an account, your account information remains on the server; to delete that you need to send the request above.

If you never created an account (guest use), there is no personal record of you on the server in the first place.

What gets deleted

Your account and the name, email address and password associated with it.
Your session information.
Favourite cities and preferences on your device (when you uninstall the app).

What is retained and why

Aggregate favourite counts per city: an anonymous counter that decides which cities we fetch weather for. It is not linked to your identity and therefore cannot be deleted.
Weather cache: belongs to cities and contains no personal data.
If any records must be kept to meet a legal obligation, they are retained only for the period required by the applicable legislation.
